There is definitely something fishy about this guy:

I have used to report function repeatedly and asked the mods to check this guy but nothing happened yet. I know Rep outside Sythe doesn't matter but in a indisputable case like this the forum authorities should take actions. I am going to report my own post in hope that a mod is going to have a look into this. Scammers like jpangeles1581 should not be allowed to use Sythe as a save haven.

Just check his post history. He keeps changing IDs and accounts every post. He gets accused of scamming in nearly all of his post. He didn't get a single positive vouche since he registered here at Sythe on 31-12-2011.
He got caught scamming and self repping on www.playdota.com. He even made it to a popular scammer list over there http://www.playdota.com/forums/showthread.php?t=632385.
