Born on Feb 29th?

So i have always wondered if you were born on Feb 29th on a leap year when would you celebrate your birthday?

 

My grandpa was born on Feb 29th. He usually celebrates it on march 1st, but since this year is a leap year he is turning 16. I love telling people I am older than my grandpa

 

haha thats funny thats what i was joking about like do you only celebrate every 4 years ^_^

 

Most people celebrate on March 1st, or February 28th. However, if it is a leap year, then they celebrate it on the 29th.

 

Thus ensues the logical issue of a 6 year old mother with a 16 year old daughter that you often see in 8th grade math class worksheets

Technically you get a birthday every four years. But people celebrate the day before or after generally.
