I don't like rap, but here

I'd rather not say anything about this, but check it out. Pretty sick near the end, and don't get scared off by the intro, it's not that guy talking the whole time.

 

Pretty sick song. Good beat. If you like this though, I'm sure there are a lot of other rap artists you would also like.

 

This a sign dude. Like Dime said, if you gave it a chance I'm sure you could really learn to like Rap/Hip Hop.
Back when I listened to nothing but the classics (Zeppelin, Sabbath, AC/DC, Hendrix, etc.) I never thought I'd see myself listening to Hip Hop in a couple of years. But once you learn to look for the good stuff it gets a lot easier to open up to other styles.

 

I love rap, but this isn't my style.
I'd rather have Eminem.

 

I was exactly the same way. I've only been listening to Hip-Hop for a few years now. I used to hate it and listened to almost every genre except for it, but now I love it more than anything else. You just have to find the right stuff to listen to. I even showed my parents some songs I thought they would like and they now appreciate it. That says a lot too. My mom only listens to Christian music and my dad only listens to classic rock. I'd be more than happy to show you some good stuff if you're interested. Just let me know.
