is it true that adament dragons wiII drop them?

 

adamant drags arent even out yet.... its just theoretical nothing has been set in stone yet

You seem to be certain that it will drop, so the answer is yes

 

Adamant dragons have in fact been confirmed, so we do know for sure that they will be released at some point in the future. The Dragon Kiteshield has also been confirmed I am pretty sure (I remember reading it somewhere), and it could be likely that one of the new monsters like Adamant Dragons would drop it.

It will be interesting to know for sure as Jagex releases more information about these things.

They're probably gonna suck just like the DFH, no one get their hopes up.

 

I wonder if the d kite will have special effects or something like in nrpk maybe it will be close to the dfs? maybe not?

I would like a dks added into the game. I hope if they add it, that it will be good.

 

im 100% sure drop will be something range related. Or IF not then some powerfull spear or weapon with stab option.

 

Like Zerkerfist said, both Adamant Dragons and the Dragon Kiteshield have been confirmed for 2012 updates. However, there's nothing confirming the dragons will drop the kiteshields. It makes sense, though, since Iron/Steel Dragons drop Dragon Platelegs, and Mithril Dragons drop the Full Helm. However, it's just speculation.
