4 fps urghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

i have been dying to go pking but cant till fagex update

wow... on so many levels.

I hear so many people complain but has anyone even identified the problem? All I hear is "some people experience massive lag"

Is it OS related?
Browser?
Java Version?

 

game engine. blame bots. clustter flutter introduced some major fps problem when it was incorporated

 

But what actually causes the problem? Why do some people have issues while others don't?

You're a moron, why even post when we all understand you're just in it for the post-cout.

It seems to be occuring only really since there has been massive changes attempting to destroy Runescape botting communities. I've heard what Kevin said from a few people and seems like the most likely cause in my opinion.

Yeah it seems like the game gets more lag after every update they do. I try to pk on w137 cuz its not that bad there. W124 gives me massive lag...

 

This is happening to hundreds, maybe thousands of other players it seems. The game has been slightly better for me yesterday and today, but I am still less than 20 FPS, whereas I was a constant 40-50 before that troll update >_>

 

theres a major thread about it on rs forums, google "fps lag after troll update" , theres like 30+ pages..people have posted beast comp specs and still have lag, I myself can run most recent games flawlessly on my gaming computer, yet rs lags hard. Hopefully jagex fixes this soon :/

 

Half of rs players have fps issues since taverly updates. Wait for fix.

 

You lucky bastard I'm sitting on 1-2 fps meaning the only skill I can train is agil.

Maybe JDK helps? I would say almost all of the old botting communities have it, while others don't.

 

This has been happening since the bot nuke, I get my heavily upgraded computer back tomorrow, so I'll let you all know here how RS runs now. Some people say they get slightly less lag with the RS Client.

All we can do is wait for Jagex to fix it.

I have had the same problem since the Bot Nuke. Just absolute terrible lag.

If I attempt to play with chrome I can hardly play for more than 5 minutes. Having switch to Firefox the game runs better. It still lags, but I can still play somewhat.

 

I just get raped whilst trying to pk

 

Everyone is getting this, raging on Sythe won't promote Jagex to fix it any more.
