How to go about this?

I was thinking of making a new account, and make it a staker. I was thinking of the following stats:

• 54 Attack
• 69 Strength
• 30 Defence
• 80 Ranged
• 1 Prayer
• 82 Magic
• 99 HP
• 72 Combat
• Hand Cannon

Buy in what order should I do it all? I was thinking:

1. Get ~60/70 range
2. Get ~35 attack
3. Get ~50 Strength
4. Do the sub-quests
5. Get 30 Def

Because that way I won't go over the stats accidentally. Thoughts?

 

get all stats 30 and start questing. after 30 and quests get rest.
Best staker would be high hp boxer. not much range staking going on @ arena.

 

That's a good idea, thanks Also, I would probably end up fighting a range tank in duel arena.
