    The only spot I know of that there are no randoms is Soul Wars bank. There's no mining spots that are random free sadly ;[

    Resource dungeons have randoms too.
    As far as I know good places to train stuff w/o randoms are non-existant.
    Besides some minigame areas where you can do magic.

    Does where you mine rune/pure essence have randoms? Because if there isn't, try there unless your going for levels not money. :)
