    I was purchasing a steam CD-Key (English, Region Free).

    He sent me a key, then said: I made a mistake and it was Origin.

    He refused to refund and is making me activate on origin, but I don't use origin and the key didn't work on EA.

    I'm sorry, but, first - chat logs aren't considered proof. Second, by reading your story, you're not entitled to a refund anyway. It was your mistake.
