I say 2 99's due to it has 98 Woodcutting (like 400k to 98, which doesn't take long.)

I've had this account for AGES.. Like 3 years or so, it's known best for being a huge clan hopper. (I jump clan to clan..), and I have 200+ friends (will remove them all, but if you get any PM's from ANYONE, you can put them on your ignore list, as you most likely will.) It has most main quests done for transportation (Spirit tree, Hot-Air Balloon, Underground Train, Underground mine, etc) it has the requirements for EVERY quest except for a few I can't think of off the top of my head, you can gladly get it if you want.
YOU CAN GET A RECOVERY TEST, IF NEEDBE! For the wait, it'll cost you an extra 3M.
