Have maxed nex gear, goliath gloves (500 dominion tower kills), ava's alerter (Do No Evil master quest), chaotic crossbow. The rest of equipment can be bought (with additional money not on account).

Also 9 effigies if that helps, I can open all effigies except construction ones.
