How to end membership for an account you cant acess

basically,i bought 3 months membershiop for my account(someone ave me the acc 1 year ago)idk but he recovred it ttoday i tried appealing the whole night all denied
so i want to disable the membership on that account
how can i do that?

 

If you mean cancel the payment, the one way I know and there is a much easier way I'm sure but I don't know Aha. I go on another account of mine with membership follow all the links there to cancel membership but then choose manage by card and cancel the other accounts membership. Obviously this means you need another acc with mems and to have paid by card.

If you want the days to literally go, so it is not a member anymore try emailing [email protected] and explain the account is stolen and you can't seem to get it back etc, they may be able to wipe membership if they can see you paid for it.

Also if someone have another acc with mems and willing 2 volunteer ill give him the last gamecard code i used so he can wipe out the mems..

 

I mean you must have paid by credit card not game card. When I cancel membership via account it gives me the option to manage by the credit card I use and I can see all my accounts subscribed.

One cc account must be owned by you. You follow the links to cancel on mems on the account you own, then click manage by card not account when you get to that page and you would see both accounts on the list and you simply cancel the other.

Call your credit card company and tell them to stop paying on it.

I emailed jagex when an account of mine Got locked i just told Them to cancel the payment and they did( was credit card )

 

If you payed the membership by phone/sms/credit card you can easily cancel it.

Game cards can't be cancelled. Once the code is used, there is no turning back.
