PayPal reversal?!?!

    PayPal reversal?!?!
    I get an email saying this happened, go on, and I'm down $15.
    I know the user is banned now and doesn't have a care in the world if he charged back or not, is there any way to get this back?
    I didn't even respond to anything.
    Also, could I recover the 2 accounts he bought back? or would that be considered scamming? I won't if I cannot.
    Please answer. Thanks.

    PayPal reversal?!?!
    Haha man, the same kid got me for $72. He claimed PP instantly reversed the charges because his PP was logged in from 6 different countries, but it was bull. And yes, you can recover the accounts since he took back his payment.
