I guess you got proof of the cash transaction and maybe a PMs you sent to or received from Rottenforums so you are able to show that you agreed to exchange 5$+mw3 for his DotA 2 account.
He also needs to keep proof of the transaction of the account. So there should be evidence to solve this case.

But if you don't have any proof you shouldn't accuse others of scamming.

 

Please don't troll my forum we agreed $5 and mw3 key, he gave $5 and I gave info, he took and left acting like it was incorrect, recovered so now I have it again.

Idk what these pictures prove, all I see is me giving you the info, acting like it wasn't correct, and me not being able to get back on the account.
