common bot question

im sure youve seen this 1000000 times but honestly whats the best bot thats available now for fishing,str,wc, ect. standard bots that are FREE. i know simba said you have to leave the program open not minimize which i dont like. anything else outthere that you use thats anygood?

You can hide the Command Prompt and make the actual SMART window (which Runescape appears in) and make that go to the task bar at the bottom right. Simba is good though. There's also one called 'RuneDream', but I'm not sure about that.

 

RuneDream (previously jbot) isn't bad. Its pretty new and the API is limited but it has a lot of potential, I think.

 

Ye: Rid. Runedream, Scar or simba is all good and has free bots.
But you should wait a couple of week for tribot which can read client through opengl.

 

What is reading the client through opengl? is tribot supposed to be big?

 

In grpahics Options in runescape 'OpenGL' is one of them, it's a rendering engine.

OGL bots will read the info from your graphics card in order to identify things.
Many bots for games like Counter Strike I think and stuff also use this method.

Simba is free, open source, scriptable (you can learn to write your own scripts easily with the big helpful community and multitude of tutorials), and yes you can minimize it/run many.

I can run 8+ at a time on a 6 core 3.85Ghz processor.
