Void Online - New 2d Side Scrolling ORPG

Void Online is a new Side-Scrolling ORPG that me and some friends have been working on for about a month. In the game, you can play as a Human or an Orc. Your goal is to defeat monsters, and earn your way to the max level in the game. Throughout the game, you will encounter many different monsters, players, instances, and NPC's. You will be able to level up by doing quests, or killing monsters for exp. As you level up, you will be given new items, and spells to use.

This status will be updated frequently, so keep posted. Here are some eye candy for you all.

Features, some of the features in the game include-
- PvP
- Instances
- Races (Orc, Human, etc.)
- Spells
- Party
- Much more.

There will be no classes, but you can divide your skill points (SP) evenly, however you would like. For instance, you can put all your skill points into healing, or you can divide it between healing, and damage spells.

At the first release (Version 1.0a), you will be able to get to lvl 30. And these forums will not be the game forums. This is just what I will be using temperarily.

Looks intriguing. I love 2D side scrolling MMOs more than any other kind. I feel that they have a sense of simplicity that can be lost in 3D or even 2.5D worlds.
