Looking for someone to walk me through clearing malware

Judging by the amount of damage it's done to your OS, I would honestly recommend a re-format, however I understand you'd like to avoid doing this. Malwarebytes + Kaspersky is what I use, and no viruses in two years. It's disabled your Windows Firewall and I'm pretty sure it's disabled your Windows Update also. Have you tried booting up in safe mode? As then it only runs Windows processes and not anything else, so you should be able to find the viruses and delete them, you could also try re-enabling Windows Firewall/Update in services while you're in safe mode.

I think you could save your current OS, but in this situation I would just do safe mode, back up what I want to keep and then re-format.

 

So you did run a scan with malwarebytes and super?

As a last resort, I recommend ComboFix

Follow that guide, the download link is in there. Make sure you back up anything you want to keep on another drive or partition just to be safe, this program is rough. Only use it if you're last option is to reformat, just in case.

The random sites and ads are usually not deleted by these programs, they're usually in C:\user\documents and settings (or roaming/local if W7)/internet explorer.

yea for those you can just make a new user and switch the files over to the new folders.
