Need Promotional Poster Made

I'm currently working on a project for an old advisor of mine.

Basically I am creating an advertisement using Gatorade.

I need someone extremely talented with Photoshop to help me.

The general idea is that I will be using the big Gatorade logo (Thunderbolt) and filling it in with the school's sports pictures (forms the Gatorade logo).

I believe there is something like this already out there made by Gatorade with actual athletes.

The picture will need to be big enough to print on around a 16x20 poster board.

I don't understand what you need, do you just want somebody to arrange the school's pictures in the Gatorade logo?
