Looking for an economic based MMO

I am looking for an MMO that is based on economics, making money, and possibly involving a social chain of command. Habbo is a good example of this kind of game, but I am not looking to play Habbo. I am also not looking for anything like WoW or SWTOR.

 

let me know if you find something, i was a big habbo player back in the day. one of the richest on the australian hotel at its peak, good times.

 

I really like the concept of habbo, but its become to heavily based on investing real life money.

 

it got shit when all the hotels merged together.

 

Erm... I remember I played games like gaia / runescape just mainly based for merchanting.

Gaia was fun because I sold all of the gold I earned and was pretty easy to get it... but I'm not sure of any to this date.

I would like to play one of these as well, so if you ever get an answer tell me as well
