How to become a mod?

Id love to be an RS mod.

 

I think you can't apply for a mod, they'll ask if you want to be one, + you must have 0 black marks and be friendly in game

 

Lool I don't mean in RS I mean here like how to a runescape forum mod.

 

By not asking...

 

Wasting an absurd amount of time helping people on RS. Not worth it, imo.

Be a really good boy/girl on the RSOF, being super helpful, using your knowledge to the full extent, and no doubt you will get f-mod, then if they see that maturity spread ingame, p-mod also

You don't have to kiss any ass at all.

File LOTS of spam reports, post actively and helpfully in every topic (good grammar does help and shows you're professional and not just looking to get up post count) and in general become noticed in the community.

Asking doesn't help at all also, you just have to be noticed. Don't count on it happening soon, people that have been around longer tend to be recognised first.

 

Just be active and help around the community, sooner or later you will be noticed.
