True. I love seeing people getting into female rs characters though, so desperate.

Then theres the classic "need gf" often seen in F2p.

 

No.. If they're pretending to be a female I find it creepy. But if they simply have a female character I couldn't really give a crap.

 

When I first started playing RS, I would make a girl character, run around and try to get phree stuff.

 

People dont try and make a player that is trying to be them, Its like on wow... should everyone play human?

 

Another incentive people have for creating girl characters is that cooking XP increases twice as fast when your character is female. Lol, jokes aside I don't think it's weird at all.

Usually girls who play rs get donations/respect, etc, that's why some guys play as girls...

Also if you lost a stake, once my friend played as a girl and he lost a 100m stake, he got 25m back.

I find avatar and armour designs for females to look a lot better on females than males. I'm tired of staring at a bulky character that i see everywhere.

 

I had to change my character to get turmoil, and I just never went back and changed. :/

OT: Only gets weird when you pose as a girl to get 9 year old kids to buy you stuff. Roleplaying in most cases is spooky.

 

not really, as most who do state they are a dude, the ones who try to act like girls or say they prefer to loo kat a female body tho are kinda weird.

 

I think it's fine as long as your honest with people and not doing it for some pixel love

On topic though - I don't see a problem with it as long as they aren't also pretending to be female. If they do, THEN there's an issue.
