That is actually an awesome benefit that you would not get from alot of jobs. They probably recognize the importance of exercise and health, especially in a job where you spend 8-10 hours a day sitting on a computer.

 

I sort of chuckled at the gym membership also, but on topic: Good luck, moving to England sounds like it could be some fun.
