well we have some pretty smart animals today and was wondering if dinosaurs were all just lumbering idiots or if some had time to develop some smarts? i know there was less gravity and more o2 but not sure if this plays a role in development. what do u guys think?

Even if they were smart, their size prevented them from doing a lot.

Obviously you have never heard of philosoraptor. Lol, jokes aside I'm sure that there had to be some animal back in those times that were intellectual. Keep in mind that there could be many more animal/dinosaur fossils that haven't been discovered and that not all of those animals/dinosaurs may have left behind remains which just opens up the possibility that just one of those creatures was "smart".

But in all seriousness, there will have been some smart dinosaurs out there I'm sure. Just like most other species would think all humans are dumb - there ARE some smart ones out there, they're just kinda hard to find.
