Payments denied?!

    Payments denied?!
    Okay so, I tried paying via paypal unverified with 1 month. Just 1 month. I dont have it where it starts over monthly. I just have it go 1 month and then i cancels. It keeps declining the payment everytime i try. Ive heard that i need it verified but then i hear that you only need it verified if you are paying with more then 1 month or 1 month recurring.

    PLEASE HELP. Or..If anyone maybe has a pin or two to sell me? via paypal. Let me know!

    I've boughten a membership directly through jagex with an Unverified PayPal a while ago and it worked fine, maybe they changed it?

    Why am i hearing that if you only do 1 month NOT recurring, then it doesnt need to be verified..?
