PC on semi-Maxed Range Tank

99 def, range, mage
76 prayer
148 or under combined attack and strength
80 summoning
Herblore Level for Extreme Pots
Decent skills

Seers elite diary, lunar/dream mentor, ancients, piety, Nomad, no barrows gloves)

It's 106+10 combat

Any help is appreciated.

Do the items on the account significantly alter the price? Items like chaotics, void, fire cape, SW cape, etc?

What about unlocked things/areas? (achievement diaries, doing rfd as opposed to leaving it undone, etc)

So basically, is it worth it to go out and do some things on the account before selling it? Or is the miniscule value added not worth my time?

Ya, those items do raise the account price but it wouldn't be worth getting them just for that, unless your really close to getting them anyway.
