If you have a level 3 account (the level does not matter, but I prefer level 3) and the account is muted, then I will buy it.

There are a few exceptions.

• The account does not have have to be muted. But if it is muted I don't care.
• The account must have no trade limit
• The account must have 3M on it. (Transfer 3m from your main onto the muted account)

I will give you an account that that has 4M gp on it. But it has a trade limit.

 

So actually your paying 1M for every account without trade limit?

My goodness, it's not that hard to understand.

Find an account with no trade limit
Transfer 3M onto that account
Give me the account
I give you an account that has 4M in the bank, but it has a trade limit

So in the end, you trade an account with a trade limit and get an account with no trade limit + 1m profit.

I just want an account where I can transfer money to people.
