Fake Vouches - Requesting a TWC

I don't know what template I'd use to report for fake vouches or to request a TWC, so I'll just post some information.

The user is Hash1Unit. Link to his profile: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=327549

He started a skilling service the other day (link to thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10408107), and is obviously creating fake vouches. You can see what happened yourself, but I'll explain it below as well:

A user requests a large order of 1-109 Dung at 1:40. At 1:45, Hash1unit responds asking how much time he has to get it done; doesn't ask him to PM, doesn't ask for an MSN request, nothing. Then, randomly the user 7 minutes later (1:52), says he just up and paid him 500m for it. Just like that. Hmm... Suspicious?

Hash1Unit then posts that he's starting at 1:53. At 2:18, the user posts saying he's already done 1-35 Dung. That's 25 minutes later. It is 100% IMPOSSIBLE to do 1-35 Dung in 25 minutes. No way.

But it doesn't stop there... At 9:31, just 7-ish hours later, the user posts yet again to say that in just ONE DAY Hash1Unit got him 1-75 Dung. Not physically possible. I don't care if you're the creator of RS, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to get 1-75 Dungeoneering in 7 hours. Not to mention that the user said he's going to Dung for 5 hours more. 12 hours straight? I don't think so.

There you have it... Oh, he also posted on a different skiller's thread requesting that he train his range for him, when his own skilling service offers range. ..? Why would he pay for training if he owns a skilling service...

I hope this is enough for a TWC. It seems to be to me, at least. If you've ever Dungeoneered, you know it's impossible to do it even close to that fast. 1-80 takes a week at the least.

I did an IP check, they didn't match.

I agree however, their claims are very suspicious. With my little knowledge of Runescape, I also agree that it is impossible for such a service to be completed in such a short amount of time. The only conclusion is that these vouches are fabricated.

I've banned both accounts for self-vouching.

They can be unbanned if they can show via adventurers log that the service was indeed rendered in such a short amount of time.
