    Add to scam list?

This is wrongly explained , plus I don't think it's legal , plus a note should always be attached , I usually use Moneybookers , to ensure safetiness.

    Add to scam list?

what? it's never '"legal to scam". if you enter a contract, you must follow through. it doesn't matter if the payment is sent as a gift or whatever.

    Add to scam list?

Not explained understandably...if you're suggesting there be a list containing PP emails that have been reported for scamming, I do not support. Paypal accounts can easily be shut down, then reopened under a new email. I feel like this list would probably be a waste of a sticky. But one upside is there is those scammers who do ban evade, and use the same PP email, so it could be helpful in that instance.

As said by JohnK , this suggestion just makes no sense.

    Add to scam list?

The payment method doesn't matter in any way, and trading exclusively with gift WILL ultimately result in a limited paypal (I know this from experience)

I don't understand what you're trying to say with this post, but regardless, whatever it is isn't going to happen.
