PRICE BREAKDOWN (EXAMPLE: Account1 has 5 strength, and wants 76 strength. I won't charge until 50 strength, and then I will charge 500K per level until I reach 60 strength. Then, I will charge 2M per level until I reach 70 strength. Then, I will charge 3M per level until I reach 76. (250K x 10) + (500K x 10) + (2M x 6) = 15.5M)

1-20: FREE
21-30: FREE
31-40: FREE
41-50: FREE
51-60: 250K per level
61-70: 500K per level
71-80: 2M per level
81-90: 5M per level
91-99: 10M per level
