Unfair Ban Dispute

My sythe username is caseyscoolerthanu.

It's true, all of the links that user gave were accurate. I have also sold that account more than once on these forums, but I DID NOT hack it back.

What really happened was, the two previous buyers both did not want the account after purchasing it off me. We made off-site transactions and I gave a full refund to both parties. This really did happen on two seperate occasions, it's not uncommon.

As you can see from the post that got me banned, nowhere in the links provided does it show any user talking about being scammed from my actions. That's because I did not scam anybody, and I merely refunded the first two users that first had purchased my account.

I only resold the account because I never really sold it in the first place. I gave two users a complete refund on the account and I get Banned for doing so. I didn't know being the 'good guy' was a crime here on Sythe. I'm sure if you talked to them now they both would give me overwhelming support in dealing with my current situation.

There has never been a report made against me regaurding the account I sold a user being stolen back. That's because i've never had an unhappy customer, period.

got any proof?
because i only see vouches for the sale from you to them not a vouch for you buying it back. Also this was long ago http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=1340679#post1340679 but you still showed the intent using 2 accounts to bump up the price of your account so somebody would pay more.

I did not think I would need to gather evidence to someday defend myself at the time. But nobody has ever filed a scamming report against me. If both of my previous buyers truely were scammed from the account, wouldn't you think at least one of them would have filed a report on me? I could EASILY get 2 Sythe members to VOUCH for me on the accounts that I have sold them.

I settled the refunds off-site. They went first, and then i gave them there money back. Noone wants me banned except for the user that was phishing around members accounts trying to find anything that could "possibly" get them banned.

This is rediculous, I truely did not scam anybody out of anything. I wronged no user and STILL I am labeled 'banned' because of mere suspicious activity.


Please consider my request in the unbanning of my account caseyscoolerthanu . If it is necessary, I will ask the appropriate Sythe members to vouch for me if asked. Thank you.

 

Can you get either of the former account buyers to verify that you legitimately purchased it back from them?
