account locked help

I bought an account off here but it has been locked 'because jagex fear someone knows my password' does this mean im getting it recovered off the original owner? and i also can't recover it through email...

 

sounds like the owner u bought the account from scammed u. check the scammer topic to see if the seller's name appears. u can always ask the owner to recover it for u if ur still in contact with him.
