Simba is not illegal in any way. Its just a non-standard pascal compiler with ability to pick color. The same goes with scar and RID

This is from a site called *********** . The forums are down right now, it is devoted to recovering, hacking, phishing and glitching. Project neptune has been a keylogger for ages now. I can post a list of all the fake bots they have? Someone tried neptune on me earlier.

 

So if someone copies your client, they are not illegal either, they are using colour ability is well, and there is no prove that they are copying.

 

because simba has a open source license that protects the software. So does rs. But simba doesn't do any thing with runescape it self.

We are also reporting because its a unsafe program, which youtube does not allow.
