What is with Europeans.

I am in no way , shape or form bashing anyone from Europe, It my dream to travel and see all the different cultures and i love the laid back lifestyle that alot of the countries live.

But I have been reading forums and visiting websites on educating myself of the places and the people and alot of the Europeans post attacking americans like we are all just fucking stupid because of out goverment.. even people from the UK were just fucking harsh, Its kind of discouraging now because I have what i believe to be the worlds most open mind, and i fucking agree with what is said about America , i would love to move out of this country but thats not how life always works out, I just expected that they would be more open minded and not assume that every american is just a pile of shit and their arent some of us who wants different for our country. I know that everyplace has their asshole and every place has very nice people , but from what i have been reading it makes me hesitant to go to Europe now ( But i will still go! i have to lol ).

I just want to know what some of you people from Europe think , And if requested/Allowed i will post the links to where you can view all of these comments i speak of. And once again I am in no way labeling everyone in Europe as hating American , Im just stating what i experienced.

 

I'm sure there are many anti-European Americans also.
I'd like to see the source of all this hate-speech you've mentioned too, just to give you my own verdict.

 

First of all, you did a poor job educating yourself in first place. (Basically your English, as an American, is not so great.) This is actually one of the reasons why Europeans condescend on the people of this so called "most powerful nation in the world." The reason for this, I believe, is that Europeans -- especially those interacting with Americans online -- only have contact with the lower-class individuals, who, in a derogatory sense, could never contribute to America's power through intellectual means. To clarify, those who are in powerful positions do not spend their time on websites where interacting with strangers is common. (Just my harsh view on things.)
On the brighter side, I value open-minded people like you. However, critics can easily define this not as a good character but as a trait demonstrating inferiority: another reason why Europeans tend to be less open-minded and more determined in their beliefs and ideas.
Even though, I might seem critical of America, it is the one country I most want to attend college in. IVY league is the goal.

Enough with this talk though.

The bitches give good pussy, living on campus in college is amazing, education is top-notch even though there are many more fuckers attending state and community colleges than there are students at prestigious colleges. Fuck those colleges ^! Best 4 years of my life ahead -- some may contradict me on this because they are nerds and socially awkward, but fuck being shy and that shit; fucking pussies.

Im very determined and stand by what I believe , But i will never pass judgment on people who do not agree with what i believe. I live in the bible belt (Oklahoma) and I am in no way a bible thumper, quite the contrary, I have a very specific belief which i will not go into as it is off topic, But i do not talk bad about anyone from anywhere. A lil off topic but i was just curious ,Would i recieve even more criticism overseas seeing that i have a southern accent? just curious on how familiar people are with that accent , since alot of americans dont have it.

Oh yes i know there are, but as i mentioned i know that every place has their dickheads and bitches.

 

Recently the highlight on the US has been SOPA, and the many members of your government/senators that support such an act. Of course, there will be folks from the UK supporting the treaty, but the fact it's 'an american thing' puts bad light on your country, as other countries seem to follow suit with various things.

As for the comments on that comparison page you linked, it reminds me of YouTube comments, which are a haven for trolls. That article is from 2007, btw. Also, you won't get banned for linking to sites unless they break the rules.

You had a bunch of grammatical mistakes and generally sounded uneducated (in a very strict sense) in your post.

If your so confident in your beliefs why do you give a shit if Europeans look down on you? And why should that hinder you from actually travelling there?

To me, you don't seem all that confident in yourself at all, in fact, you seem very insecure. You seem to think that your different than everyone else in the US and you make yourself believe that by telling others, but how the fuck are you different? Anybody can be open-minded. Anybody can be unbiased, but your not, because you have the assumption that Europeans don't like Americans because they are judgmental and narrow-minded. Which, in a sense, is kind of what you have proven yourself to be.

 

Think about what they view american's as... Honestly, i am an american but i understand why 90% of the world dislikes America. If you don't you need to read more bud.

 

I just mentioned the comments from people residing in the UK were bad because i feel that America is a close friend , I was not meaning to single out the UK at all and i should have worded that differentley , I said that i agree with what is being said about america because alot of it is true, i just dont like automatically being thrown into the pile of people that give us that reputation.

@Dark pker - I do not give a fuck what Europeans think of me or anyone else in the world for that matter, And i think you are misinterpreting what I am saying , I dont think im different from everyone else in the United States , There are millions of people here that share my views.

It's really simple actually.
America is conservative, and therefore "backwards" or anti-progressive, relative to European liberalism. (I think America is better btw, and Europe is TOO liberal in my opinion, hence their push for socialistic ideals in reform/expansion).

Simply put, opposites hate each other because of two vastly different outlooks on government, life style, and culture.

 

I agree with you
