Most Fun Skyrim Builds

I havent really touched the game since I bought it, but while I was playing it I was a mage with maxed restoration/destruction. For me, the master spells were very dissapointing and I just gave up on the character. Im going to start playing again and Im curious, does anyone have any fun/unique builds that I could play through the game with?

 

I've got a destruction mage with smithing/enchanting up and have daedric enchanted. All my spells cost 0 magic and I have it enchanted to block ice/fire/magic, so I pretty much just walk through everyone.

My brother in law enjoys doing archer.

 

I'm playing a Stealth-assassin Khajit. I use Archery to snipe people from afar, and daggers up close. I think this is hands-down the most fun class.

 

I play exactly this, the only problem I found was when there are fights where it isn't possible to sneak in can be kinda hard early on in the game and I had to turn down the difficulty.
