Yeah I'm 99% sure that the Snellmans' lawyers wrote the letter, since most court-assigned "apologies" have really strict rules and guidelines that need to be satisfied. It's safer to let the legal experts write the apology letter to avoid not completing all of the court's requirements.

No amount of routing through proxies/vpns can protect you if someone actually wants to find you

 

I think the VPN talk was for the people buying scripts and developing scripts for the bot.

Having an IP that originates in Africa in the revealed customer details means you are much less likely than someone with an IP originating in the USA or England to be pursued.
