Incomplete service?

Paid 6m to have a guy do a fighter hat for me. Did not complete everything.



Can provide proof of payment upon request.

You need proof that you paid him, and proof of the agreement + deadlines/proof of his refusal to finish it.

 

Proof of payment is a runescape trade, should I leave his rsn in. Also when he said he finished he just said "Done, all you need to do is buy hat". I don't have the exact msn conversations but I might have a pm or two.

 

You can leave his RSN in if you'd like, it doesn't really matter; and if you have any PM's showing the service he agreed to perform in return, please take screenshots and post them.

 

I think he either removed me from msn or hasn't gotten on. Either way I havn't been able to get the chat logs, but he does say in his thread that he is doing my fighter hat.

 

Any other communication with the accused?
Also, can you provide proof to show you haven't received the items.
