    Your diet is very similar to mine, However I have waaaay more meals, and alot of sardines and tuna, I suggest mixing your whey protein with your oatmeal berries and egg whites, that's my current breakfast and is probably one of the best out there

    Be careful of excessive fish intake, don't want to get heavy metal poisoning. Try substituting in omega 3 supplements :)

    A can of tuna is like 19g of protein, so for 1 meal i'll probably have 2 of them, thats the maximum i take, and is a great easy 1 of 6-8 meals

    Normally I would eat much more, but I'm trying to cut down a bit because my BF is way too high for my liking. I can't see myself mixing whey with eggs, but perhaps with the oatmeal I've been wanting to try.

    Also picked up some chicken/fish to eat as meals.

    I can't wait to get started myself. I'm going to finally have access to a gym starting Monday. Maybe I'll make a thread like this myself. Right now I look pretty embarrassing though.

    How many minutes of cardio do you do a day and in what form? Whats your BF goal?

    Dude that's my after workout meal! I put in 6 egg whites, and 1 whole egg in this blender type thing ( I don't know what it's called, but its like a blender without blades that spins around) put in 1/2 cup of milk, and a huge splash of cinammon. Blend it for 20 secs. Add in 1 serving of 100% whey protein. Blend till the powder is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of regular oats and 1/2 of oat cereal. (sometimes I add 1/2 water if it comes out to thick or chunky) This is actually a lot better tasting that it sounds lol

    I'm eating around 190g of protein a day, I weigh 185. I should be getting more in, but I'm in a tight budget.
    But I've done some decent progress. Weighed 200 2 months ago, weight about 185 now. Went from 24% BF to about 15 now. Trying to bulk up now so I'm eating like 2400 calories now, and then after I'll cut down the rest of my BF. Remember guys the more muscle, the easier it is to cut out fat from your body! But you also have to eat more. Speaking of which, time for Meal 3 :p

    I have quiet a few mates that aspire to be body builders, one just won the IFBB in Melbourne, Australia.. good luck! if you wanna bulk just eat a shit load, worry about the fat when you want to cut. Don't have to get to strict like everyone says. Get strict when you need to cut.
