    I think you cleaned you're whole pc and then deleted some of the internet stuff.. re-install you're internet browser or download google chrome. Also re-install java.

    That should fix it.

    Download 'CCleaner' and do files clean, and registry clean.

    well now the laptop crashed so im using an old one thts rlly slow but this one works... so tht may have been the problem tht it was about to crash
