    Isn't OpenGL bots injectors either? Or how is graphics API used to set up a bot?

    I'm no expert, but Java/Injection like literally used the RS code (they had to deobfuscated it etc) the stuff Jagex wrote and is supposed to be private. OGL is just reading and messing with the graphics, which afaik is not illegal, anyone can switch to OpenGL mode and examine the graphics.
