ZmanDog is a scammer.

I dont have physical proof, as i didnt know screenshots or evidence of that kind would be needed as i didnt think i was scammed.

ZmanDog posted a thread selling his runescape account. (Account log-in: Meximan676) Its a level 138. I paid 114m for the account, i got the details and than transferred all my stuff from my old account, to my new one. (About 200m worth)

The password was then changed and i asked Zmandog to help recover (not knowing he was the one doing it) and he recoved it, but the bank was empty of everything of worth. I continued using the account, and even added him to a new clan i made. A friend than gave me 100m for my old account and i told ZmanDog about it and he was there for the trade. Minutes after the trade, the account password was changed and ZmanDog wont reply to any message so i checked his profile for other threads he has made and ive found out he has been selling, hacking back, and then re-selling the same account for a long time.

 

I'm sorry, but there's really not much we can do without proof. I've already requested a TWC rank for him.

For a ban, you really need a screenshot of the last login IP after he helped you recover, or proof that he sold the account to you before making another thread to sell that specific account again, etc.

Woops, In orginal post I posted the username from another account ive bought on sythe thats been hacked.. But thats to deal with another day. I edited it to have the account ZmanDog sold me

I looked through a number of his threads, but none of them offered any confirmation that a sale was made. In fact, a lot of them don't even have one reply. While creating a ton of threads for the same item may be spam, it's not a perm ban.

Which brings us back to the original issue of proving that the account was sold before he created a subsequent thread.
