Busta305 possible scammer (has seen reports)

Yesterday I talked to someone named Busta305 from Sythe (obviously.) I got his MSN DIRECTLY from his gold selling page. We discussed a deal, and I told him never mind, and apologized (I broke the headboard on my bed, and it's about $111 to replace.). I made sure to let him know I'd try to make it up to him, but he called me a scammer, laughed at me, then said he was going to get me TWC'd. I didn't think this was fair, naturally, as I hadn't agreed to trade with him, hadn't done anything that said for sure I was making this deal.

So, me being the safe-sided one that I am, and wanting fairness: I messaged FireZ. I explained to him the situation, and he said he would try to help out if there was a TWC placed on me. I thanked him.

    Today: A message from Busta305.

Here are the pics, starting from the beginning of the conversation, with him messaging me first:

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to upload the rest of the pics.

After being threatened, I'd had enough. as you can see, I tried to remain cam, but it doesn't really work when you're being called a scammer, when you hadn't even started trading yet.

He agreed to wait, but I guess he got impatient?

Also: I saw another report, and checked it out. The two e-mails matched perfectly, and I got this MSN directly from him. I don't think it's an impostor, rather that it's him changing e-mails. If you look at some of the stuff both of them say, it's clearly the same style of typing. Bragging about how many vouches he has/how much he's traded. If this is an impostor and I've never spoken to the real Busta, I apologize. However, I don't think it is an impostor. This is just me trying to prevent me from wrongfully getting a TWC, and a possible impostor/user scamming others.

Please post a picture of where you've gotten his msn. All I can find is his email ending in @hushmail.com which leads me to believe you probably scammed by an imposter.

    Just adding on:

You can infer that it's an imposter when the MSN is putting the real email ([email protected]) in the "Status" MSN box, that appears under his name.
