Fake Vouches and Scammer

I've realized that when you edit out your post, after someone quotes you, it would be adjusted accordingly. Here is an example. If you look at the thread, and go to that vouch, you'll see the quote was edited accordingly.

Now look at the guy's vouches, it seems he just quoted the user, and their post, and just edited out what they wrote in his sig.

Also, he has posted the thread to sell an account more than 30 times. Search the threads he made. Multiple users have accused him of scamming them.

 

The vouches aren't fake - for all I know they were accurate at the time they were added to his sig. However, he shouldn't be using them still, so I've removed them.

I also see enough complaints to warrant a TWC, but I need some sort of proof that he's recovering in order to ban him - even if it's just a vouch Zman posted confirming which account he sold to them.
