A few 99s and what are they good for?

Ive always wondered this and i want to see yalls answers i have quite a few 99s but not all of them but for the most part ive always wondered what is the point of getting some of these skills and what u can make from them
so what i want you to answer is what good the skill is what u can make from it and is it worth getting?


99 farming
99 herb
99 mining
99 agility
99 theifing
99 smithing
99 construction

99 Farming: Farm you're own herbs and make some profit.
99 Herb: Overloads.
99 Mining: Mining Rune Ore's.
99 Agility: Unlimited energy.
99 Thieving: Steal for money and chests.
99 Smithing: Make you're own armor, and has a very nice skill cape.
99 Construction: Awesome house & a beautiful cape.

Well 99 farming is a great money maker. 99 construction means you can build the biggest, most bad-ass house possible not to meantion is a "show off" skill. Herblore is also a show-off skill, but with 96 herblore you are able to make overloads which will make your slayer & bossing adventures much easier, and much more fun

Also, 99 agility means you can access every single shortcut in RuneScape, and your run energy depletes at a much slower rate than most of us! I have always wanted 99 agility (or atleast higher agility) specifically for those 2 purposes.

 

99 herblore is great for bossing
99 agility is great for staking in summoning boxes or running from town to town.
99 construction is to look cool having a epic house.

Tbh I only find 99 herb worth both the time and the money.
Because of bossing.

 

You're welcome, if I was you I would do it in this way:

You should train farm between all skills.
1. Agility (For unlimited run!)
2. Thieving (For some spare cash)
3. Mining (Cash reason)
4. Smithing (Could be trained with the money you've made of thieving & mining)
5. Construction (Costs aloth)
6. Herb (It's very expensive and easy to get to 99).

thank u ohh so so so much that is very very very helpful@! also with 99 theifing do u really make any money because on everything ive seen so far its pointless 50gp here 1-2 seeds there same with mining is mining rune ore really worth the time? can u give me a estiment on a cash per hour for both of these skills once 99? and what i would be doing to make the money?

 

Some seeds are 100k-200k. So it's a nice way to make some profit, no problems at all.. If you have any questions feel free to PM me any time

 

96 herblore is overloads.
85 mining is rune ores.
You don't get unlimited energy from 99 agility.
There is no 99 thieving chest.
It costs more to make armor then to simply buy it, and 99 smithing has nothing to do with this.
You can make an awesome house without the need to get construction to level 99.

He wants to get to 99, I know all these things you're saying but he's asking what he could do and how he could make money getting his skills to 99.

People tend to underestimate farming, to be honest. Once you have the ability to plant Palm Trees, you get 36*2500 GP or about 90k GP every time you do a coconut harvesting run. On top of this, you can make about 22k per patch, and depending on the luck of patches dying this can be another 100k per herb run. In the end, it's 190k in a matter of 5 minutes, and you can repeat it every two hours or so.

I know it's not exactly your question, but you can easily make 1m a day with this and take less than a half-hour.

99 mining = runite ores + the cash you get for training to 99.
99 agility = faster run recharge + nice cape
99 thieving = A few M's when you raise it to 99, nice cape
99 smithing = good for dungeoneering
99 construction = A really nice cape

Thats my point of vieuw. I only train those skills for smoother floors and because i want comp cape once

 

99 farming: Herbs = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
99 herb: Lose money that you make from farming
99 mining: Profit a little with gold and coal in LRC then 600k p/h with Runite rocks
99 agility: A bitch.
99 theifing: Pyramid Plunder not really that profitable.
99 smithing: Making bars are semi good profit, but making any items = loss.
99 construction: Loss money, have a cool house though if thats what you want.

 

Honestly, farming is your best choice. It might take a while, but the amount of cash you can make from that skill is insane, especially when you get into the higher levels. Other than that, I'd go for agility and thieving. Being able to use all the Gielnor shortcuts, as well as having a really fast energy regeneration rate is always handy for getting around, and thieving is quite quick, and you can make a decent amount of cash with it too.

 

Please show me where he said this while making his way to 99.

All I'm reading is what potential money/etc. he can make from 99 in all the listed skills. Plus, overloads cost money, not make you money.

farming/herb/agil all have a use in daily scaping imho. the rest are pointless

farm for money, herb for saving money off farm, agil for shortcuts/running
