Paypal - Verfiy = Unlimit?

My paypal account got limited, has $200 in there, If I add a card, and get it verified, will that remove the limit?

 

If you had a credit card, it will increase the sending limit to either $200 or $2000. If you add a bank account (which I recommend) then it will become unlimited, and you won't have as many problems in the future.

 

Did PayPal leave any instructions for you? I.E. Ask for bank details? Or proof of identification? With my previous experiences this is what's happened to me, and you'll need to complete there little checklist.

 

You'll have to prove that the account really belongs to you.

There's going to be instructions on your account, simply follow them and send them what they want, if you want your account back.

 

As others have already stated you will have to go to the dispute resolution and center and provide Paypal the information they want so they can confirm that it is your account. Such details may include:

Proof of ID
Credit Card link
Bank Account link
Utility Bill

If you are under 18, I suggest you call or email Paypal explaining the situation. They will lock your account until you reach the age of 18. But after 45 or 90 days ' forgot what it was' they will allow you to transfer the funds in your account to your nominated bank account.

Well, they limited the account because of "suspected fraud". will this be the same?

 

Well, what did you use the account for? Was it just RWT?

 

I'm not sure why they limited your account but I got limited once when I was already verified(with bank account). I got limited for receiving more than 2500€ in 1 year, so they made me do an extra verification. I had to give them lots of info but eventually the limit got taken off.

Yes it's a standard message 'money laundering' or stuff like that.

First time verifying you only need a bank acc or credit card, at a later stage you will need to provide proof of adress etc aswell.
