I suggest you get into the Slayer skill. You get a 20% exp boost because you're training slayer as well as well as standard melee. Also, the Black Mask or Slayer Helm gives an 18% boost to attack and strength when fighting a monster on a Slayer task, which roughly equates to 10-25% more combat exp/hr. Furthermore, training with Slayer adds variety, since your target changes every 100-250 kills. You won't get bored with monotonously killing only one monster thousands of times. And finally, Slayer monsters are almost all very good for drops and charms.

I don't think slayer is good you may argue with my case but indeed running around not being able to afk anything would kill me hence why i choose armoured zombies you lose nothing training on them and u can do it basiclly at any level.

Are you saying that you get an exp bonus because of slayer, or your factoring in the exp you get just for the slayer skill itself? b/c the way its worded seems like your saying slayer monsters give a 20% bonus to exp.

OT: like cola said, do slayer, you will also make some bank, if your just wanting to get it over with, ethier do Armoured zombies, or bandits.

Go suomi style and cannon cave crawlers... Effigy every 50 - 60 minutes!
No but seriously I agree with Kero, utilise slayers 18% bonus to the max and train roughly till you 80 80 80 then you could start amoured zombies with a slave amulet (e) due to the fact that that gives a 20% bonus!

Well I gave you my two cents worth haha enjoy.

Well if you kill 100 monsters with 1000 LP, you'll get 40k exp. However, if you kill 100 of those same monsters on a Slayer task, you get 40k melee exp + 10k more in Slayer.

At that level, I think I was AFKing Ghouls (They all attack you below a certain level) and after that, I moved onto Daggonaths.

Slayer is a great way to train combat. I heeded Kero's advice, and not only do my hits look amazing but it's fun and I never get bored. However, even after a few hours I need to take a break, check facebook, or do whatever and that means that Slayer is not great for looooooong combat sessions. Bandits is a great option, as minimal effort is required and you can stay there for incredible amounts of time that way (like a 90-99 trek). However, Slayer is best if you just want to do a bit of training and aren't looking for an easy way to get millions of exp quickly.
