What happens if the account gets recovered? Does the account belong to you or the cyber cafe you visit? And is it a yearly subscription?

 

It's not yearly, it's already ~6-7 years old. The former user doesn't use steam (or computer games generally) anymore since ~2 years, it won't be recovered.

 

So you are not the real owner? Sorry but then you cant sell it here. Unless you are the real owner sales of this type are illegal.

Seriously guys, If you do purchase a cyber cafe account, say bye bye to your money and the account, do you know why? Because they're stolen.

The account's going to be given back to the original owner of these accounts, A.K.A. The Cyber cafe owner who actually payed for them.

I propose we make it a bannable offense to sell cyber cafe accounts. I mean, 99% these are taken from up and active Cyber cafes where the owner paid for them. The only time where I've seen these legitimatly sold is where the cafe goes out of business and there is still time left on the cafe account making them incredibly cheap.
