I've never known how the application process goes, so it's interesting to learn how it happens, thanks for the information, and good luck I personally would want to be involved in the customer service side of things.

 

This is interesting, but I think that it would be a good idea to double, triple think this over. Here you are,willing to move to a different country, away from your family and everything. For a salary as low as $28k/yr. Paid in a currency that is constantly losing value.

Just make sure it's what you want to do.

It's a decent job, hope you get it. I live less than 100km from Jagex HQ, would apply myself if I had the needed experience/qualifications.

 

Don't get your hopes up. From that email it sounds like they don't need many people, and will most likely give you an automated email rejection. Good luck though.

OT: goodluck bro, when i was a little nerd (3 years ago) it thought it would be the sickest job out, but then i grew up and decided i didnt want to say i work for the people who made rs but yer, What does customer support handle exactly?

i dont get most of it, only part i really get is ticket support, tech support and makin sure that programs licences dont expire
