Snow Patrol-- You seem to have been very inactive lately.
9 public posts in the last week, almost all in your selling threads.

Karl-- You are doing an amazing job with the disputes, etc.

I'd just like to give a mention to all Admins. They're doing an amazing job; lots of new updates, features, forums etc.. I much prefer this line up of Admins to previous ones.

I've been going through a lot IRL including ex-girlfriend problems, loads of schoolwork (Currently taking 4 upper level Chemistry/Biology Courses and Latin IV), and life in general. Activity should return back to normal in a couple days, but the amount of disputes & spam/scam reports I addressed in the beginning of this month allowed me to give myself a bit of a break.

 

Great job by all the staff in the dispute section. Its nice to see the entire team actively participating in recoveries, disputes, and pardons.

 

I'm sorry that you're so stressed. I realize that there's almost always a reason for any sort of inactivity. I did notice you doing an amazing job around when you were promoted, and I hope you keep that up when your life settles down a bit.

Whichever Admins are Involved-- Great job clearing up that problem with the random white page of code. I still get it every once in a while, but it's much better now to say the least.

 

To all the globals: What happened to everyone! I only see Corey, DJ, and Karl these days. Where did you all go?

Don't take this badly but you shouldn't think in this way. I understand your situation, but if every mod did amazing at the start of the month, then had a break then there would be no moderating done.

 

Well I've always keepin up but I've been gone to my gfs the past week and it's hard to sythe. Though I have over triple mod quota. So I don't see why a week is a big deal. If your struggling to stay a mod is one thing but if you are way ahead it's fine taking time off.

 

I think you were the last thread title I edited. I'm still around, but I do not want to be a mod anymore. Like Snow Patrol, I've become busy with life. However, my "loading with mod logs early in the month" has lasted about three months, and I felt it was unfair to the rest of the team and to the site. Freakyhair is right, taking a break every now and then is fine, but my break lasted too long for me to be comfortable. Nowadays I hop onto Sythe as a stress-relief from my busy online school schedule, but I don't have the energy to constantly keep up on spam reports.

 

Considering he has IRL issues, it's fine. Snow Patrol probably did more work than he was required to do, so that's why taking some time off wouldn't matter as much. The fact is, most moderators DON'T do that. Snow Patrol is a great moderator, and I'm sure he'll be on top of his game when he's back.

 

I wansn't meaning to aim it directly at Snow Patrol, because I know he does a fantasic job, and I know he has IRL issues. Sorry if you felt I was being malicious to you Snow Patrol.

I was trying to get across that I've noticed some mods have become less active, and I was saying that it's not fair to abtain the required modlogs at the begining of the month, then letting the active mods who care about this site take a more heavy workload towards the end of the month.
