I would personally change the text,and to be honest, the whole thing in general looks a bit messy. Although there is flow, which is nice, There's just a lot of stuff obscuring the render and taking focus away from it.

 

Text definitely needs to be changed.

 

render placement and colour choice is bad

also the grunge effect looks tacky

 

Colours are a little random, although I do see where you were trying to come from with the fading-to-grey theme. I don't think the effects work well generally with the render, which is too low down in the piece. In this type of piece, a full body render would look far better. Blending, lighting and depth issues, and don't LOVE the text but if it has to stay, then its up to you. Definitely salvageable, although a fresh start may do wonders for you
