OFWGKTA is a scammer

Alright, I got a lot of information this time so I get the person who scammed me banned this time. He basically offered to buy my Gaiaonline items for $57. I traded him the items and then he "sent" the money through paypal. The he logs out and I haven't gotten the money. It's been well over 20 minutes and I know it doesn't take that long to get money from paypal.
