Explanation of Trade: I paid him $27 to power level my lvl 3 account from 1-90str, 1-99cook, and 1-65range.

How they scammed: I paid him $27 to have him power level me to 1-90str, 1-99 cook, and 1-65 range. I then told him the username and password of my account, which he then changed the password to. Then, a few days later, when I asked him why he hadn't started training my account, he said his mother was in the hospital, and he was really busy. However, 2 days later, when I asked him for "updates", he offered me an account (with recovs/email) in lieu of the power leveling. He also gave me the option of keeping with the original plan of power leveling. I politely declined his offer, and told him that I'd rather keep with the original plan of power leveling. Since then, he has not answered

HERE IS PROOF THAT HE HASN'T TRAINED ANY STATS ON MY ACCOUNT! THIS IS HIS IP, AND I GAVE HIM THE ACCOUNT DETAILS 7 DAYS AGO (1/14).



I'm still trying to figure out how to access my MSN chats with him, but there isn't much we talked about on msn. I just gave him the account name and password, and i told him when i sent the PayPal $.
